The time had arrived to meet the first of my fellow Sin City Rules cast mates. I invited Lana Fuchs and Jennifer Harman to enjoy an intimate dinner in my home, Shangri-Las Vegas, and dish about the show, which was well within the stages of filming.

Some of us engage in behaviors that can be harmful and unhealthy, such as overeating and smoking. Perhaps you have issues with insomnia, stress, or irrational fears. Hypnosis, defined as an artificially induced trance state resembling sleep, can be an effective tool in helping you address and remove these unwanted elements in your life. 

I love Mark and Estel! I have a “thing” about supporting local designers wherever I happen to be living. Not only is it the right thing to do, it’s a fun way to explore and discover all the great talent out there.

We are constantly changing in life! But sometimes our inner changes aren’t reflected in our surroundings.

Regardless of where you work or what you do for a living, the workplace can be a very stressful environment. Venting your frustrations or displaying antagonistic behavior when triggered can lead to serious repercussions. So what can you do to control your negative emotions and prevent creating a hostile work environment?
